Xcellence Global Ministries is a church with a global mandate to move the Body of Christ in the full power, dominion, and authority of God. Our founding scripture found in Genesis 1:26, emphasizes this mandate from God. We are committed to empowering individuals through faith and nurturing spiritual growth within our global online church. Our ministry aims to inspire and uplift, creating a space for individuals to deepen their relationship with God and live a purposeful and abundant life guided by biblical principles.

Apostle Banks began to birth her ministries in 2008 through her Community Development Corporation named Xcellence, Inc. It was a God-given dream that has now allowed her to build several layers of the vision over the past 17 years, which evolved into the church, Xcellence Global Ministries as the leading pillar to serve and lead God's children into full purpose and walk of faith to embody the fullness of their Jeremiah 29:11 plan.

Our Executive Sr. Pastor

Pastor, Dr. Calvin Young Jr.

Pastor Calvin Young Jr., has been in ministry for over 20 years and moves in a spirit of excellence. He along with his beautiful wife, Felecia are the Founders of CALMMM marriage ministry. Married for 24 years, they facilitate and lead married couples and those seriously dating into healthy kingdom marriages that honor God and his covenant. They are both military veterans and has served within the Xcellence Global Community for 10+ years.

As a spiritual leader, he is a reserved yet has powerful voice within the Body of Christ. He serves with conviction, passion and grace to see others become who God has created them to be. He leads our Wednesday evening Cyber-Study with the Word. We are blessed to have his leadership and tenure at Xcellence Global Ministries.

Founded in 2020 and officially launched in 2025, Xcellence Global Ministries is a non-denominational, multicultural church led by Senior Pastor, Dr. Angella Banks along with Executive Pastor, Dr. Calvin Young Jr. Xcellence Global Ministries operates as a non-profit organization operating online to reach its global community of members around the world. Our principal campus and office is located in Tennessee. Deeply rooted in the local and global communities, XGM has the ability to reach beyond the four walls of the church to have direct impact within the communities we serve.

Through XGM we have several ministries that assist us in our global reach that moves members into purpose, which includes Xcellence, Inc. (Community Development Corporation), Xcellence Global Christian Leadership Institute (Accredited Online Bible College), Xcellence Community Magazine, Xcellence Publishing House, Xcell4life Multiplex and more. prison ministries.
